<p dir="ltr">Presentation given during the course "<a href="https://training.scilifelab.se/events/best-practices-for-reference-genome-generation" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Best Practices for Reference Genome Generation</a>", held on 2025-04-28 at Uppsala University.
