Mobilisation of SARS-Cov-2 Data: Handling Pandemic Omics Data in the Nordics

Slides presented at the 'Handling Pandemic Omics Data in the Nordics' event on 19th May 2022. Event organised by SciLifeLab Data Centre, ELIXIR Norway, ELIXIR Estonia, and ELIXIR Sweden.

The talk focused on data brokering of SARS-Cov-2 data to European Nucleotide Archive. The challenges that were faced with brokering omics data throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, included sharing the metadata to different repositories. Getting rich metadata was one of the challenges faced.
