Mobilisation of SARS-Cov-2 Data: Handling Pandemic Omics Data in the Nordics

<p>Slides presented at the 'Handling Pandemic Omics Data in the Nordics' event on 19th May 2022. Event organised by SciLifeLab Data Centre, ELIXIR Norway, ELIXIR Estonia, and ELIXIR Sweden.</p> <p>The talk focused on data brokering of SARS-Cov-2 data to European Nucleotide Archive. The challenges that were faced with brokering omics data throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, included sharing the metadata to different repositories. Getting rich metadata was one of the challenges faced. </p> <p><br></p>
