Slides for the 2022-2023 editions of the Integrated Structural Biology workshop at SciLifeLab.
The topic of these lectures is an overview of the protein structure prediction problem from the '70s until the release of modern neural network-based systems such as AlphaFold and the latest developments, especially within the BeyondFold Technical Development Project at SciLifeLab.
