KrakenUniq database based on microbial part of NCBI NT, June 2020, combined with human and complete eukaryotic reference genomes

This is a KrakenUniq databases that comprises all mirobial organisms from NCBI NT https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/FASTA/nt.gz, June 2020, as well as human and eukaryotic organisms with complete reference genomes. The database was built by Nikolay Oskolkov, Lund University, NBIS SciLifeLab using KrakenUniq KrakenUniq, https://github.com/fbreitwieser/krakenuniq, version 0.5.8. All questions regarding the database should be sent to nikolay.oskolkov@scilifelab.se
