This is a KrakenUniq database that comprises all mirobial organisms with complete reference genomes from NCBI RefSeq, https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/release/, May 2020. The database was built by Nikolay Oskolkov, Lund University, NBIS SciLifeLab using KrakenUniq KrakenUniq, https://github.com/fbreitwieser/krakenuniq, version 0.5.8.
