TADA: Taxonomic aware dataset assembler - Use case examples

This directory contains data for use case examples of the TADA: Taxonomic aware dataset assembler. The directory contains alignments, trimmed alignments, and phylogenies for three different datasets of the Planctomycetota phylum constructed through taxonomic sampling, phylogenomic sampling, and random sampling.
