Additional figures for the paper "Eurasian back-migration into Northeast Africa was a complex and multifaceted process" in PLOS that did not fit into the supplementary of the article.

Plots shows Ancestry tract length distribution plots for each of the populations in the two datasets "Best by R2" and "Best by F3".
Ancestry in the legend refers to the source population with the top value for that constructed ancestry from MOSAIC. It is thus possible for the same source population to appear as the "Ancestry" for two curves in the same plot.
