RNA-sequencing data from: The complement receptor C3AR constitutes a novel therapeutic target in NPM1-mutated AML

This dataset includes RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data from 120 samples representing 112 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), diagnosed at Lund University Hospital, Sweden, between 2014 and 2018. The median age of patients was 64 years (range 18-86). RNA was extracted from bone marrow (n=102) or peripheral blood (n=18) taken at diagnosis (n=105), relapse (n=14), or during disease (n=1). Libraries were constructed using Illumina Truseq RNA library prep kit v2 and sequenced on Illumina NextSeq 500.
